Childbirth Education Class Format
BirthWhile Resources offers
semi-private, small group, individual and couples consultation. HypnoBirthing®
childbirth education classes meet for four or five sessions, 12 hours total. Classes meet in Belmont / Lexington area. Included with enrollment is the book, HypnoBirthing, A Celebration of Life and audio cds.
